Stop recording current time when using gzip to make the builds reproducible

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort, we noticed that bgoffice could not be built reproducibly as it records the current time when using the gzip command.

This patch ensures that the gzip output is consistent regardless of the current time, as explained further in the documentation.
