Disable build_path variation from the reprotest job by default

Talking with @holger, reproducible-build.org is no longer testing the build_path variation, and to mimic their behaviour as much as possible and reduce clashes, it would it makes sense to disable the variation by default in Salsa CI.

@holger, would you like to add a rationale about why it is OK to don't test the build_path, please?
